Parts Repair

Returning a damaged part for a credit towards a repaired part is often the fastest and least expensive route to receiving a replacement part. All refurbished parts are repaired by certified LightMachinery technicians and come with a 90-day warranty. By returning your used part you not only save money but your part is repaired and put on the shelf for our next laser emergency call (and it may be you).

Field Service

Sometimes the situation calls for a technical support person on-site at your location as quickly as possible. Call us and we can arrange to get one of our experienced technicians on the road or in the air.

Training

Training in laser maintenance, service and operation are available both at our facility and at your site. It has been proven over and over again that customer training prevents unplanned downtime, extends maintenance intervals and reduces operating costs.
